Work continued on Carls Chair yesterday and the boys have finally found a way to stop me posting video from the sessions - swear at strategic points (sigh). Anyhow, yesterday saw the review of everything captured so far and its going pretty well. Jo's harmonies sound great!
We're aiming to have this album finished in time for our Tamworth visit so we're pressing the pedal to the metal (as Mr Wizard says) and next week will see a major push toward completion with the last two captures sessions and the commencement of mixing. With any luck, I can encourage the chaps to avoid the odd '!%^@' as they do their stuff so I can post some footage of them doing it.

For an avid blogger, such as your humble correspondent (LOL), there is a fine line between recording and sharing moments of um....errr..you know. Stuff. (loquacious eh?) and oversharing. Thus for this posting, No Pictures were taken and No MJEB's will be harmed as a result.
Suffice it to say what Happens at Matts Birthday, Stays at Matts Birthday. All I will say is that when Carl (yay, Carls back) send someone else to hand me a glass of water whilst I was doing a harp solo, I rather would prefer that it not be the Lingerie Clad waitress.
Big Cheers now that Carl's Back in town. After 3 months of swanning around Europe with a twin-set (ask Carl) he's ditched the French Riviera so he can come haul amps to Windsor. And face it, who wouldn't prefer Windsor to the South of France? Hmm?
Lats nights rehearsal also saw The Return Of The Sheriff as Theo resumed his rightful place behind the drum kit. Yay! So we're back to the full complement of lunatics and on deck at the Macquarie Arms in Windsor on Sunday 14th at 1pm.
