Slowly working towards a new season of Downtime, continuing to work through the greenhouse and also maybe some local touring.

We're active. As soon as I can cross integrate these feeds the details will pop up here. There's no rush, no hurry, we're just...getting on with it. Cos we dig it. And its a better way to spend our time than doomscrolling through state sponsored propaganda. I like our lies better.

Yet Another X-ING monthly subscription fee to make things work? Seriously at .003 or something per play thats a lot of plays to cover even another $10 a month.

ARGH and POO! Bum! It's like that snow piercer sci fi. I can only keep the machine working if I lubricate it with the tears of musicians.

I have not been able to integrate the Patreon feed here without a 3rd party app and I am having a minor hissy fit cos I keep getting close to an answer and then there's another $ in the tail each time. At this point imma have to start coding to avoid getting eaten to pieces by every single teeeeny tiny app that wants a few bucks a month. I mean its all good people gotta get paid, respect but...

There are a LOT of apps asking for a buck. Jeebus, us included. (sigh). CTRL-V- CTRL-P It is for a while I guess.

So be it.

I've resisted using these platforms until i realised that what we're doing is about the doing, rather than strictly the end product.

So it makes sense to share it. Patreon's semi-paywall stuff actually makes some of my jobs easier - I can finally share to FB and Tw...Xitter from one push. If I could get the same posts to reliably appear here when they are posted I'd be stoked.

So far the RSS feed bot I tried was meh and I dont want another nickel and dime per month app...to support my efforts to get others onto a monthly nickel and dime app.

OH THE IRONY. At the same time, the 21st century is here and the way music works is different so...

Radio's more or less gone. The web is now a collection of 5 sites recycling content from the 20th century or their handpicked owned product.

Podcasting is whatever it is. Streaming services and youtube ad supported are the last vestiges of commercial usage charges and they pay Bupkes. It's grim. Why are we so dang cheerful?

No time for DOOM! I have to integrate this bloodsucking app. I mean very reasonable new way of supporting the creators and artists you like. (did I get that right?).

I dont wanna copy paste all this stuff and the new thing with Patreon is that we're selling access to the development process. Yeah front line get the same stuff the band gets as we make the next thing.

That means I will be sharing guide and deveopment tracks via Patreon so...
