Big cheers to Ross for a great night at 2CCR last night. Ross played a wide range of songs literally across the blues roots and jazz spectrum - everything from Improv Jazz to Shannon Noll. now that's a spectrum. A couple of great tunes spun last night, including some impressive guitar work on a Cristina Crofts release. 

Howdy folks. Blogging was delayed this week by an MTBF issue (mean time between failure). My trusty and loyal Seagate HDD decided boot records were unworthy of storage and Hey Presto, no hard drive accessible.

But, Ha! Says I. It spins, it wins! Data recovered and backed up, we press on with the Raby Gig Report!


Repo is the only person who actually likes getting their photo taken.

Yes, to beautiful downtown Raby and the Raby Tavern on Saturday we went. The patrons represented a full spectrum of Facial hair Expression, from ZZ Top to Clean shaven and the place was pumping. By the end of the night, perhaps a tad too pumped up, but the dancing started right away and continued to the end.

Special mention in dispatches of Rosies fine form on Saturday. Heres some of the solo from Can't Tax Love.

Ah the Claytons Tour Endeth. After 7 gigs in 6 days we're shagged out. A special mention of Grace Under Fire from Theo, who has been managing a shoulder injury without missing a beat. What a trooper.

We played our final gig of the tour at the Sawdust last night, A shout out to Kate!

From the stage to the floor, north to the west, pubs clubs and fairs this has been an action packed week. 

Well done to the lads and our wonderful support crew. Now for well earned weekend off.
