Gene Deer, Indiana Legend Guitarists unalived.

BAH.

Gene couldn't get his passport in order and missed his Australian tour with us a few years ago.

We managed to get a track recorded with him while we were in indy tho:
 

Bugger. As I sit here recovering from my 2nd bout of Covid, I am saddened to learn of Gene's passing and I am reminded why we never take what we do or the people we do it with for granted.

Godspeed Gene Deer. 

Heading on to a year since we released 'Something to go by', the greenhouse project has yielded Basilisk, our 14th release.

Big thanks to the online forums, and MixEngineer in particular and our man in five Dock, Ben W.

As it's the first time I have fully helmed the project using the new Top Down Mixing approach and so much tech it's almost uncanny, I have wisely opted to slow my roll before release and seek the input of the mastering engineers who have helped us polish our work.

We're close. I'm taking a few extra days to make sure we land this well. Stay tuned.
