Hey Folks, a couple of shout outs to our friends and family: Firstly, to Roscoe, get well soon, and to Fadda in Samoa who's occasionally staying on the roof of his hotel, I'm proud of you for lending a hand. Meanwhile, back on the big Island, its gig report time!

Dancing at the Avalon RSL after a washed out Budgewoi gig and the Melbourne Storm taking the Grand Final...They were dancing their pain away...

It was a weekend for things with the word 'storm' in it.

Wild weather shut down the budgewoi fest (sad for all the folks who had put so much work in, cheers to the Brackets and Jam Crew, we'll be back when its re-scheduled), then the Melbourne Storm won the local football (NOOOOO!!!!)

This did NOT make Sydney locals happy and led to a couple of Parramatta fans suggesting we change our name to eel-cellar.

Cheer up guys, it could be worse. You could be a Union supporter....(try going to a wedding full of English people GLOATING over our current sporting form...sigh).

Nonetheless, we had a terrific night on Sunday night at the Avalon Beach RSL. Hi to Noel (who had driven all the way up to Budgewoi today!), to Mason (get out of that Tree. Its a long way up and footballs are replaceable) and a big shout out to Insane Kylie who spent $85 on a cab just to come and boogie with us.

Bill and Mrose in artistic photoshoppy thing (my camera and I are not getting on terribly well so I just randomised the filters. yes all you photoshop users may now lampoon away).

I don't need to say much about the gig - folks were too busy dancing...

Our next gig is at the Manly Fisho's with Spy vs Spy and The Radiators (the 80's are BACK!) on Friday and we're in mixing on SC2 now, with a vocals session tomorrow.
