Hi Folks. Dark Skies gathered this Anzac weekend as we headed for the 'Gong

But as we drove southwards, we left the grey skies behind and headed into the Mighty Wollongong.

No its not a model railway, I took advantage of the overpass to get one of those Artistic type Shots.

After setting up for the gig, it was time to find suitable repast. Paul went and bought a Kebab and was so impressed he made Rosie and me take photos of it.

Paul sizes up the Kebabs Of Wollongong. OMG he said, it's as big as my head. There's Carl hiding behind his.

A big shout out to Frank and John from the gig last night.

We played through until 11:30 and would have kept going, but everyone had to get up for the dawn service. We'd rehearsed two new songs to bring into the set last night but ran out of time :-(. With 3 cd's out now and new material we're trying to bring in, we're now faced with the 'what song do you drop' question. Ouch.

Theo had an actual drum Riser last night which meant he was hovering many feet from the floor - it was scary to try and climb up there:

Nonetheless, with the Kilkenny (on tap) flowing and much dancing from the Birthday Party Girls (plus Theo's gaggle of 15 year old admirers who tried to sneak into the pub but got busted by the watchful doormant) we had a fine old time.
