Analysing the first mix
With the first mix of Nuevo Retro out and us reviewing it, it was time to go check the technical items with our mastering Guru, Michael Lynch (coincidentally the name of our Bass player on Whiskey Talkin')
Here's Michael messing around with the mapping on Can't Tax Love.
At this point we're reviewing the mix for both Aesthetic (bits to fix) and Technical Quality Assurance.
From here, its back to the studio to fix any bits we want to change and then back to Michaels place for mastering, then off to various Speaker setups to test the final product, then pressing and release.
